A MUM who had sex sessions with a 15-year-old schoolboy while her partner was at work has been jailed for two years.
Alexandra Brown, 24, started the affair, claiming she was at a "low ebb" after being left alone with her four-year-old son.
She kissed the teenager in the kitchen of her home in Darlington, Co Durham, and the next day invited him into her bedroom, saying: "I think you know why."
Teesside Crown Court heard Brown became so infatuated with the lad she ended her five-year relationship with partner, Ian Henry, 34.
Brown admitted having sex with the teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, between ten and 15 times during the summer.
After the fling ended it is alleged he demanded money, threatening to go to the police unless she paid up. He has been charged with blackmail.
Brown was also banned from working with children and put on the sex offenders' register.
